摘要
针对面同步爆炸网络设计,提出三角形点阵面同步爆炸网络的参数化设计方法,通过建立不同级数的三角形点阵和工字形点阵面同步起爆模型,对采用B炸药柱的面同步爆炸网络起爆时的输出性能进行数值模拟。结果显示:随着面同步爆炸网络级数增加,最大峰值压力逐渐减小,但是平面度变好;当面起爆存在同步性偏差时,与同步起爆相比三角形点阵和工字形点阵的最大峰值压力的降幅在2%以内,随着爆炸网络级数的增加,平面度恶化趋势加剧。
Aimed at the design of array-type surface synchronous explosive circuit(SSEC),a parametric design method of triangular array-type SSEC was proposed.By establishing triangular array-type SSEC and I-shaped array-type SSEC initiation models with different level-numbers,the output performances of SSEC initiation using B explosive grain were numerical simulated.The results show that the larger the level-number of SSEC,the smaller the maximum peak pressure,but the better the flatness.When there is a synchronization deviation in the SSEC,the maximum peak pressure of the triangular array-type and I-shaped array-type decreases by less than 2%compared with the synchronous initiation.With the increase of the level-number of SSEC,the flatness deterioration trend intensifies.
