易地扶贫搬迁安置区公共文化建设是脱贫地区衔接乡村振兴发展战略的重要举措之一。毕节在推进试验区到建设贯彻新发展理念示范区的进程中,充分发挥公共文化在易地扶贫搬迁安置区中“扶志、扶智”的重要作用,通过“制度化”强保障、“标准化”强设施、“立体化”强服务、“多元化”强供给的方式,探索安置区文化服务体系建设发展路径,逐一破解易地扶贫搬迁安置区文化服务体系建设存在的瓶颈问题,探索出一条对贵州乃至西部脱贫地区具有借鉴意义的公共文化服务高质量发展道路。
