四川某铅锌矿选锌新型捕收剂工业试验研究

摘要 针对高碱抑硫浮锌工艺中石灰应用带来的弊端,寻求适用于低碱抑硫浮锌工艺的高效捕收剂XK-512在现场工业应用的最佳效果。实验室小型试验研究表明,捕收剂XK-512对硫化锌有良好的选择性,初步确定了锌浮选粗选作业的药剂制度,碳酸钠用量为500 g/t,硫酸铜用量为200 g/t,捕收剂XK-512用量为20 g/t。在四川某铅锌矿进行工业试验,经过不断调试和改进,最终在原矿含锌3.34%的条件下,获得了锌品位48.54%、作业回收率为96.15%的锌精矿。 Aiming at the disadvantages brought by lime application in the process of suppressing sulfur and floating zinc with high alkali,the best effect of efficient collector XK-512 suitable for the process of suppressing sulfur and floating zinc with low alkali was sought in the field industrial application.The laboratory test shows that the collector XK-512 zinc sulfide has good selectivity,and the reagent system of zinc flotation operation is preliminarily determined,with the dosage of sodium carbonate 500 g/t,copper sulfate 200 g/t and collector XK-51220 g/t.Industrial test was carried out in a lead-zinc mine in Sichuan.After continuous debugging and improvement,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48.54%and operation recovery rate of 96.15%was finally obtained under the condition that the raw ore contained 3.34%zinc.
