摘要
本文从自动化发展的角度出发,利用PLC技术替代传统电磁式继电器的控制系统,以升级改造内圆磨床。通过改造内圆磨床电气,证明了利用PLC升级改造传统控制系统的可行性、快捷性和经济性,通过减少继电器的使用数量,降低了电气故障率,提高了设备的工艺水平及运行效率。
This paper starts from the perspective of automation development,using PLC technology to replace the control system of traditional electromagnetic relays,in order to upgrade and transform the inner round grinder.The feasibility,speed,and economy of using PLC to upgrade and transform traditional control systems have been demonstrated through the electrical transformation of inner round grinder.By reducing the number of relays used,the electrical failure rate has been reduced,and the process level and operational efficiency of the equipment have been improved.
