摘要
针对煤矿瓦斯抽采用电动阀门存在的控制精度低、稳定性差、接线及维护难度大的问题,本文以LPC2290微控制器为核心设计了电动阀门控制系统。该控制系统的硬件、软件设计思路为:设计A/D采样电路、CAN总线通讯电路,实现实时、精确采集并传输阀门控制、反馈信号;设计阀门电流、速度、位置三环软件控制方案,提升阀门控制精度和稳定性。结果表明,该电动阀门控制系统控制精度高、稳定性好,满足现场使用要求。
In response to the problems of low control accuracy,poor stability,and difficulty in wiring and maintenance of electric valves used in coal mine gas drainage,this paper designs an electric valve control system based on the LPC2290 microcontroller as the core.The hardware and software design concept of this control system is to design an A/D sampling circuit and a CAN bus communication circuit to achieve real-time and accurate collection and transmission of valve control and feedback signals and design a software control scheme for valve current,speed,and position to improve valve control accuracy and stability.The results show that the electric valve control system has high control accuracy and good stability,meeting the requirements of on-site use.
