摘要
采用后开门形式的厢式货车在装卸吨级重型货物时,无法使用液压尾板配合手推车方式进行装卸,因此,本文设计了一种自吊装式三节轨装卸机构用于装卸重型货物。首先,采用有限元的方式校核装卸机构各关键部件的强度;其次,分析和计算动力系统中的电机,并根据计算结果选择满足结构设计要求的电机。结果表明,该机构各部件均满足强度设计要求,可实现重型货物的装卸。
The van in the form of rear door cannot use the hydraulic tail plate and the trolley to load and unload when loading tons of heavy goods.Therefore,this paper designs a self-lifting three-section rail loading and unloading mechanism,which can realize the loading and unloading of heavy goods.Firstly,use the finite element method to check the strength of a key component in the loading and unloading mechanism.Then,analyze and calculate the motor in the power system and selecte motors that meet the structural design requirements according to the calculation result.The results indicate that all components of the mechanism meet the strength design requirements and can achieve the loading and unloading of heavy cargo.
