人工在操作自动化设备时,因操作不当或误操作等原因造成的人身安全事故时有发生,工业安全备受政府和人们的关注,因此,提高自动化设备的安全防护等级尤为重要。本文采用“人脸识别+PLC+电子锁+上位机软件+工业摄像头”多种技术,设计了一种安全、可靠的防护系统。

When manual operators operate automated equipment,personal safety accidents often occur due to improper or erroneous operation,and industrial safety has attracted the attention of the government and people.Therefore,improving the safety protection level of automation equipment is particularly important.This paper adopts various technologies such as facial recognition+PLC+electronic lock+upper computer software+industrial camera to design a safe and reliable protection system.
