摘要
为解决燃煤蒸汽锅炉、给水泵系统突然停电,导致锅筒短时间内产生干锅的安全风险问题,本文设计了柴油发电机应急电源和事故给水泵系统的集散型控制系统,维持锅炉的紧急上水的热待机状态,缩短锅炉重启的等待时间,同时采用独立于基础逻辑控制系统(BPCS)的紧急停车(ESD)系统,控制自动应急系统上水的时机,避免发生炸锅事故。
In order to address the safety risk of sudden power outages in coal-fired steam boilers and feedwater pump systems,which can lead to dry boilers in a short period of time,this paper designs a distributed control system for emergency power supply of diesel generators and emergency feedwater pump systems to maintain the hot standby state of emergency water supply for the boiler,shorten the waiting time for boiler restart,and adopt an emergency shutdown(ESD)system independent of the basic logic control system(BPCS),Control the timing of water filling in the automatic emergency system to avoid frying pan accidents.
