This paper is based on a joint evaluation conducted by the Development Research Center of the State Council(DRC)and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)on the progress,effectiveness,and characteristics of the service sector worldwide over the past five years,spanning from 2018 to 2022.
