基于岗位式任务式职业教育理念的混合式教学模式在外科护理学教学中的应用

摘要 目的构建基于岗位式任务式职业教育理念的混合式教学模式,并分析在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2020级专科护理专业1、2班89名学生为试验组,在外科护理学教学中实施基于岗位式任务式职业教育理念的混合式教学模式;选取3、4班91名学生为对照组,实施传统线下教学。课程结束后,比较两组综合成绩、学习满意度、自主学习能力以及岗位胜任力。结果试验组综合成绩为(83.57±4.18)分,显著高于对照组的(80.21±4.33)分,差异有统计学意义;教学满意度、自主学习能力和岗位胜任力也显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论基于岗位式任务式职业教育理念的混合式教学模式能够充分调动学生学习积极性,培养自主学习能力,提高教学满意度,有助于学生将专业知识岗位化任务化,尽快实现从学生到护士的角色转变。 Objective To construct a mixed teaching model based on the concept of post and task based vocational education,and analyze the application effect in surgical nursing teaching.Methods Randomly select 89 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the Grade 2020 specialized nursing major as the experimental group,and implement mixed teaching model based on the concept of post and task based vocational education in surgical nursing teaching.91 students from Class 3 and Class 4 were selected as the control group to implement traditional offline teaching.After the course,compared the comprehensive scores,learning satisfaction,self-taught ability,and post competence between the two groups.Results The comprehensive score of the experimental group was(83.57±4.18)significantly higher than the control group′s(80.21±4.33),and the difference was statistically significant.Teaching satisfaction,self-taught ability,and job competence were also significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The mixed teaching model based on the concept of post and task-based vocational education can fully mobilize students′learning enthusiasm,cultivate their self-taught ability,improve teaching satisfaction,help students turn professional knowledge into post and task-based tasks,and achieve the role transformation from students to nurses as soon as possible.
