摘要
目的探讨融入课程思政的TPKCEE教学模式在护理实习中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年5月在我院肾内科实习的146名护生为研究对象,按照实习时间分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规教学模式,试验组采用融入课程思政的TPKCEE教学模式。比较两组理论考试和操作考核成绩、批判性思维能力、临床沟通能力、课程思政教学效果评价。结果试验组理论考试和操作考核成绩显著高于对照组,批判性思维能力、临床沟通能力优于对照组,课程思政教学效果满意度显著高于对照组。结论融入课程思政的TPKCEE教学模式能够调动护生学习积极性,使其更好地掌握相关理论和操作,提升综合能力,发挥课程思政与专业教育的协同效应。
Objective To explore the application effect of TPKCEE teaching model integrated with Ideological&Political education in nursing internships.Methods 146 nursing students who interned in the Department of Nephrology at our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the duration of the internship.The control group adopts a conventional teaching model,while the experimental group adopts a TPKCEE teaching model that integrates Ideological&Political education into the course.Compared the scores of two sets of theoretical and operational exams,critical thinking ability,clinical communication ability,and evaluation of the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the critical thinking ability and clinical communication ability were better than those of the control group.The satisfaction with the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education in the course was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The TPKCEE teaching model that integrates Ideological&Political education into the course can stimulate the learning enthusiasm of nursing students,enable them to better grasp relevant theories and operations,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and leverage the synergistic effect of Ideological&Political education and professional education in the course.
