AIDET沟通模式在护理本科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨AIDET沟通模式在护理本科实习护生中的应用效果,以提高实习护生护患沟通能力。方法选取在内蒙古自治区人民医院实习的80名本科护生为研究对象。对照组在带教教师指导下进行常规护理操作并与患者进行沟通;实验组在带教教师指导下进行常规护理操作,并采用AIDET沟通模式与患者进行沟通。结果教学后,实验组临床沟通能力及患者护理服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用AIDET沟通模式进行教学培训,可有效提高实习护生护患沟通能力及患者护理服务满意度。 Objective To explore the application effectiveness of AIDET communication model in undergraduate nursing interns,in order to improve their communication ability between nurses and patients.Methods 80 nursing undergraduates who interned at the People′s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects.The control group underwent routine nursing operations under the guidance of teacher and communicated with patients.The experimental group conducted routine nursing operations under the guidance of the teacher and communicated with patients with the AIDET communication model.Results After teaching,the clinical communication ability and patients′satisfaction with nursing services in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication model for training can effectively improve the co-mmunication ability between interns and patients and the satisfaction with patient-nursing services.
