本科护生职业认同在转型冲击和压力间的中介效应

摘要 目的探究本科实习护生职业认同在转型冲击和压力间的中介效应。方法选取在某三甲医院实习的本科护生为研究对象进行调查。结果本科实习护生学业负荷、交际忧虑是主要压力;转型冲击与职业认同呈负相关关系;压力与职业认同、转型冲击有显著相关性;职业认同在转型冲击评价和压力间起遮掩效应。结论本科实习护生压力、转型冲击、职业认同均处于中等水平,实习期间转型冲击评价会影响护生职业认同感。护理教育者应关注护生实习期间所感受的转型冲击,增强其职业荣誉感及职业认同感,减轻压力,帮助其顺利度过临床实习阶段,稳定护理储备人才队伍。 Objective To explore the mediating effect of professional identity among undergraduate nursing interns between transformation shock and pressure.Methods A survey was conducted on nursing undergraduates who interned at a Grade-A hospital.Results Academic workload and communication anxiety are the main pressures for undergraduate nursing interns;The impact of transformation is negatively correlated with professional identity.There is a significant correlation between stress and professional identity,as well as the impact of transformation.Professional identity has a masking effect between transformation impact evaluation and pressure.Conclusion The pressure,transformation impact,and professional identity of undergraduate nursing interns are all at a moderate level,and the evaluation of transformation impact during the internship will affect the nursing students′sense of professional identity.Nursing educators should pay attention to the transformation impact experienced by nursing students during their internship,enhance their sense of professional honor and identity,reduce pressure,help them smoothly pass the clinical internship stage,and stabilize the nursing reserve personnel team.
