医养康护背景下缓解老年精神障碍患者症状的策略探究

Exploring on Strategies for Alleviating Symptoms in Elderly Patients with Mental Disorders under the Background of Medical Maintenance and Health Care

老年精神障碍患者自杀和暴力问题日益受到关注,而护理人员又缺乏相关护理技能,因此要培养这方面的高技能人才。采用文献调研和问卷调查法,提炼出有效缓解老年精神障碍患者症状的四大类技术,针对护理人员现状,提出医养康护背景下缓解老年精神障碍患者症状的策略。

The issue of suicide and violence in elderly patients with mental disorders is receiving increasing attention,and nursing staff lack relevant nursing skills.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate skilled personnel in this field.By using literature research and questionnaire survey methods,four major types of technologies were extracted to effectively alleviate symptoms of elderly patients with mental disorders.Based on the status of nursing staff,strategies were proposed to alleviate symptoms of elderly patients with mental disorders in the context of medical maintenance and healthcare.
