Exploration on the Reform and Practice of Ideological&Political Education in Management Major Courses in Medical Colleges

围绕医学院校管理类专业课程思政建设目标,以社会调查研究与方法课程为例,基于课程优势与特点,从“知识传授、价值塑造、能力培养”等课程目标出发,以“点对点”“以线为主”“点线结合”的课程思政元素设计方式,探讨理论与实践、专业知识与课程思政有机统一的教学模式,并采用“线上线下”结合的形式促进课程思政教学效果的提升。

Focusing on the goal of Ideological&Political education construction in management courses in medical colleges,taking the course of social investigation research and methods as an example,based on the advantages and characteristics of the course,this paper explores the teaching model of organic unity of theory and practice,professional knowledge and course Ideological&Political elements through the design method of"point to point","line based",and"point to line combination",starting from the course objectives of"knowledge transmission,value shaping,and ability cultivation",And adopt a combination of online and offline methods to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education in the course.
