四要素教学设计模型联合PBL教学在神经内科护理教学中的应用效果

摘要 选取2021年4月到2022年9月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院神经内科实习的护理专业学生(以下简称“实习护生”)58名,采用编号分组,分为对照组和观察组,分别采用传统教学方案带教和四要素教学设计模型联合PBL教学法进行带教。教学结束之后对比两组实习护生的护理基础技能评分和护理专科技能评分情况,同时比较其综合能力评分、教学方法评分、对带教教师的评价以及护理满意度。实践表明,四要素教学设计模型联合PBL教学法可以有效提高实习护生的护理基础技能和专科技能,提高其综合能力,提高对带教教师和教学效果的满意度,具有较高的推广价值。 58 nursing students(hereinafter referred to as"nursing intern")who interned in the department of neurology at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with traditional teaching plans and four elements teaching design model combined with PBL teaching method for teaching.After the teaching,compared the scores of basic nursing skills and specialized nursing skills between the two groups of nursing interns,and compare their comprehensive ability scores,teaching method scores,evaluation of teaching teachers,and nursing satisfaction.Practice has shown that the combination of the four elements teaching design model and PBL teaching method can effectively improve the basic nursing skills and specialized skills of nursing interns,enhance their comprehensive abilities,improve their satisfaction with teaching teachers and teaching effectiveness as well,this has high promotion value.
