急诊急救规范化培训提升护士危重症护理能力效果探究

Study on the Effectiveness of Emergency First Aid Standardized Training on Improving Nurses'Emergency and Critical Care Ability

为观察急诊急救规范化培训对护士危重症护理能力提升的效果,对重庆某“三甲”医院的护士进行为期3个月的急诊急救规范化培训。培训期间需完成1次集中理论考核、2项常用急诊急救护理操作考核和1项专业技术操作考核,培训结束后参与闭卷考试。比较第一批参与培训的53名护士培训前后理论考试成绩、培训后急诊急救护理操作考核、专业技术操作考核得分与合格率,护士危重症护理能力、护士自我效能感评分。研究表明,急诊急救规范化培训对补充护士急危重症相关知识、提高护士危重症护理能力及提升护士工作自信心有积极作用,有助于护理优秀人才的培养。

In order to observe the effect of emergency first aid standardized training on the improvement of nurses'emergency and critical care ability,a three-month emergency first aid standardized training was conducted for nurses in a"Grade-A"hospital in Chongqing.During the training,one centralized theoretical examination,two common emergency nursing operation examinations and one professional technical operation examination were completed.After the training,they participated in the closed-book examination.The scores of theoretical examination before and after training,emergency nursing operation examination after training,professional technical operation examination scores and qualified rate,nurses'emergency and critical care ability and nurses'self-efficacy scores of the first batch of 53 nurses participating in the training were compared.The research shows that the standardized training of emergency first aid has a positive effectiveness on supplementing nurses'knowledge of emergency and critical illness,improving nurses'emergency and critical care ability and improving nurses'work self-confidence,which is helpful to the cultivation of nursing talents.
