摘要
通过便利抽样法,于2022年5—7月应用死亡态度描绘量表(DAP-R)、死亡教育需求量表和死亡教育需求调查表制作而成的调查问卷,通过问卷星形式发放,对西南地区护理本科生的死亡态度、死亡教育需求及现状进行横断面调查,以期为引导本科护生树立正确的生死观和完善死亡教育课程提供参考。调查显示,大多数西南地区护理本科生的成长环境中避讳死亡话题,从未接受过死亡教育,死亡态度总体为中性接受。各大高校应在借鉴其他国家死亡教育基础之上,结合我国有关死亡的历史文化背景、本科护生未来职业的特殊性以及不同学生的死亡态度和其死亡教育需求倾向建设并完善死亡教育课程。
A cross-sectional survey was conducted with convenience sampling method in May-July 2022.A questionnaire,which included the Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R),Death Education Needs Scale,and Death Education Needs Survey,was distributed through Wenjuanxing to investigate the attitudes towards death and the educational needs related to death among nursing undergraduate in the southwestern region of China.The aim was to provide references for fostering a correct view of life and death and improving death education course for nursing undergraduate.The survey revealed that the majority of nursing undergraduate in the southwestern region of China tend to avoid discussing death topics in their upbringing and have never received death education.The overall attitude towards death was neutral acceptance.Therefore,it is recommended that universities in the region develop and improve death education courses,taking into consideration the historical and cultural background of death in China,the unique nature of the future nursing profession for undergraduate,and the diverse attitudes towards death and educational needs among these students.This approach should be based on the foundation of death education practices in other countries.
