“1+2+X”协同服务模式在COPD患者肺康复中的应用研究

为探讨“1+2+X”协同服务肺康复模式相对于传统肺康复模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果,于2022年1—12月,将120名符合标准的COPD患者进行分组,对照组采取常规化的肺康复模式,干预组则在对照组的基础上采取“1+2+X”协同服务模式。分别在患者出院前和出院后3个月,比较其肺康复自我效能感、肺康复依从性及综合症状。实践表明,“1+2+X”协同服务模式能够有效增强COPD患者肺康复自我效能感和依从性,缓解不适症状,值得在今后的康复模式中进一步推广应用。

The paper aims to explore the application effectiveness of"1+2+X"collaborative service pulmonary rehabilitation model compared with traditional pulmonary rehabilitation model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).In January and December 2022,120 eligible patients with COPD were divided into two groups.The control group adopted the traditional pulmonary rehabilitation model,and the intervention adopted the"1+2+X"collaborative service mode on the basis of the control group.Before discharge and 3 months after discharge,the self-efficacy of pulmonary rehabilitation,compliance of pulmonary rehabilitation and comprehensive symptoms were compared.The results showed that the"1+2+X"collaborative service model could effectively enhance the self-efficacy and compliance of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with COPD,and alleviate the symptoms of discomfort,which was worthy of further promotion and application in the future rehabilitation model.
