摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)是一种重要的人类致病菌,随着其耐药率在全球范围内不断增加,抗生素耐药成为H.pylori根除失败的主要原因。因此,充分利用和改进现有的H.pylori耐药检测方法,选择敏感抗生素是H.pylori根除成功的关键。传统的H.pylori培养及药敏试验费时费力,受外界影响大,分子生物学方法用于检测H.pylori耐药快速、方便、可靠而成为研究热点。本文将对当前H.pylori耐药分子生物学检测的主要方法作一综述,旨在为H.pylori耐药检测方法的选择提供参考,促进H.pylori耐药分子生物学检测的临床应用,以便推进H.pylori个体化精准治疗。
Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is a significant human pathogen.The increasing global prevalence of drug resistance has resulted in antibiotic resistance being the leading cause of failed H.pylori eradication.As such,selecting sensitive antibiotics by fully utilizing and improving existing methods of detecting H.pylori drug resistance is crucial for successful eradication.The conventional H.pylori culture and susceptibility test requires significant time and labor,and is prone to external environmental factors.Molecular biological methods for detecting H.pylori drug resistance have gained attention for being rapid,convenient,and reliable.In this paper,we examined the primary techniques for molecular biological detection of H.pylori resistance.We aimed to provide references for selecting H.pylori resistance detection methods,and to advance the clinical application of molecular resistance detection.Our focus was to facilitate accurate individual H.pylori treatment.
