摘要
COMSOL Multiphysics和MATLAB仿真软件是电气工程及其自动化专业实验课重要的教学工具,用此开展同轴旋转独立层式摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)设计。借助COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真软件,搭建了风能收集型同轴旋转独立层式TENG的仿真模型,探索了电极间距、独立层宽度、独立层数量等因素对TENG输出性能的影响。通过MATLAB建立电路模型,获取了TENG的最佳负载电阻。
COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB are important teaching tools for professional experimental courses of electrical engineering.The difficulty of teaching lies in the establishment and post-processing of the research object finite element model and the analysis of best matching load resistance.This process involves knowledge such as electromagnetic fields,numerical analysis and circuit principle.Simulation modeling is very abstract.Students are difficult to understand.This article carries out the coaxial rotation independent layer of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)design.With the help of the COMSOL Multiphysics,the model of the wind energy collection type coaxial rotation independent layer TENG is built.The effect of exploring the electrode spacing,independent layer width,and number of independent layers on the output performance of the TENG is discussed.Through the establishment of circuit models in the MATLAB,the best load resistance of Teng is obtained.
