四旋翼飞行器创新实验平台的渐进式教学实践

摘要 以微控制器为主控系统,电子调速器和无刷电动机为动力系统,开发了四旋翼飞行器创新实验平台,并通过各类传感器采集四旋翼飞行器的姿态数据和高度数据,确保其稳定飞行。该实验平台涵盖机械结构、硬件电路设计、嵌入式程序设计、传感器应用以及自动控制等多项课程内容。构建四旋翼飞行器创新实验平台的渐进式实践教学模式,综合运用不同课程知识,将仿真环节与实物实验相结合,采用由浅入深、由易到难、层层递进的方式设置实验,形成完备的知识体系和实践内容,加深学生对工程对象及其控制系统的理解,激发学生的创新意识。 The innovative experimental platform based on quadrotor aircraft takes the microcontroller as the main control system,the electronic governor and brushless motor as the power system,and collects the attitude data and altitude data of the quadrotor aircraft through various sensors to ensure its stable flight.The innovative experimental platform covers many subjects,such as mechanical structure,hardware circuit design,embedded program design,sensor application and automatic control.On the analysis of the current situation of innovative teaching of automation specialty,we establish progressive practical teaching mode of the innovative experimental platform for quadrotor aircraft,comprehensively use the knowledge of different courses,combine simulation parts with physical experiments,set experiments in a way of going from shallow to deep,from easy to difficult and step by step.By building complete knowledge system and abundant practical contents,it deepens students'understanding of engineering object and its control system,stimulates students'innovative consciousness,improves students'ability of solving practical engineering problems and enhances their comprehensive innovation and practice ability.
