摘要
以酿造过程实验为载体,依托科研成果与虚拟仿真技术,解决真实酿造过程由于高危、高污染、高消耗、强复杂性等限制条件难以开展实验的难题。实验教学内容涵盖了酿造工艺实现、控制系统设计、复杂系统控制、生产线分部联动控制,以多层次递进式的教学方法再现了工业酿造流程生产线的全过程。为培养学生解决复杂工程问题能力和创新能力提供虚拟实训。
In order to cultivate students'ability to solve complex engineering problems and innovation ability,this experimental teaching project takes the brewing process as the carrier,adopts the principle of constructing the brewing process in accordance with the actual industrial brewing process,and conforms to the principles of teaching,uses scientific research results and virtual simulation technology to solve the real problem.The brewing process is difficult to carry out experiments due to constraints such as high risk,high pollution,high consumption,and strong complexity.The experimental teaching content covers brewing process realization,control system design,complex system control,and production line division linkage control.With a multi-level and progressive teaching method,it truly reproduces the entire process of the industrial brewing process production line,and trains.
