Research on Construction Project Acceptance Process Optimization and Quality Control Based on New Technology

本文旨在探讨建筑工程验收过程优化与质量控,分析了建筑工程验收中存在的问题,结合现代化技术手段,对建筑工程验收过程中的标准化、信息化和自动化进行了优化。研究结果表明,将建筑工程验收过程与信息化平台相结合,可以实现验收过程的数字化记录和共享,提高了验收结果的可追溯性和可评估性,有效解决传统有效解决传统验收存在的问题。同时,这也是推动建筑业跟上时代步伐,提高工程质量和安全性的必然要求。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the construction project acceptance process optimization and quality control,analyze the existing problems in the acceptance of construction projects,and optimize the standardization,informatization and automation in the construction project acceptance process by combining modern technical means.The study results show that,the combination of construction project acceptance process and informatization platform can realize the digital recording and sharing of the acceptance process,improve the traceability and evaluability of the acceptance results,and effectively solve the problems of traditional acceptance.At the same time,it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the construction industry to keep up with the pace of the times,and improve the project quality and safety.
