建筑工程项目中管理模式探讨

Discussion on Management Mode in Construction Engineering Project

项目管理模式为影响建筑工程实施效率、质量、效益的重要因素。当前建筑行业稳步发展的过程中,各类型、规模的建筑工程中都需将项目管理放在关键位置,依据项目规模与建设要求等,从综合性角度选择最优管理模式。目前市场上虽出现了多种管理模式,但每种模式都有其适用条件,相关人员必须合理应用先进的管理模式,解决项目中的诸多问题。基于此,本文着重分析了建筑工程项目管理模式的相应策略,以期为同类型项目提供指导。

Project management mode is an important factor affecting the efficiency,quality and benefit of construction project implementation.In the process of the steady development of the current construction industry,project management should be placed in a key position in all types and scales of construction projects,and the optimal management mode should be selected from a comprehensive perspective according to the project scale and construction requirements.Although there are a variety of management modes on the market,each mode has its own applicable conditions,and relevant personnel must reasonably apply advanced management modes to solve many problems in the project.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the analysis of the corresponding strategy of construction engineering project management mode,so as to provide guidance for the same type of projects.
