房屋建筑施工中的防渗漏施工技术探讨

建设房屋的过程中,如果出现了渗漏问题,会给工程质量和建筑工程的后续运营、使用带来很大的影响,还会降低居民的生活质量。故而有关部门一定要从工程建设实际出发,对房屋建筑施工中的渗漏问题严密监控,分析渗漏发生的原因,应用相应类型防渗漏技术,从而提高房屋建筑施工质量。本文在对房屋建筑施工防渗漏技术特点及技术种类分析的基础上,对现有防渗漏技术矛盾及其应用情况进行探索,为房屋建筑施工水平的提升奠定基础。

In the process of building a house,if there is a leakage problem,it will have a great impact on the quality of the project and the subsequent operation and use of the construction project,and will also reduce the quality of life of residents.Therefore,the relevant departments must proceed from the actual project construction,closely monitor the leakage problem in the housing construction,analyze the causes of the leakage problem,and apply the corresponding type of anti-leakage technology,so as to improve the quality of the housing construction.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and types of anti-leakage technology in housing construction,this paper explores the contradictions and applications of existing anti-leakage technologies,so as to lay a foundation for the improvement of the housing construction level.
