超高层建筑幕墙高效施工技术探讨

摘要 超高层建筑幕墙单元板块吊装施工效率受材料配套性及垂直运输效率影响较大,为解决单元板块施工效率受材料配套性及垂直运输效率的影响,有效提高施工效率,通过RFID及BIM技术实现材料配套性可视化管理,有效管控材料加工、发货不配套的问题;通过在楼层周边设置钢索轨道,多点起吊,多点作业的施工方案,避免了吊装作业受塔吊效率影响,同时由于板块从地面直接起吊,不占用其他施工作业面,实现了幕墙单元板块高效运输及吊装作业;通过以上技术应用,大大提高了现场施工效率,有效缩短施工工期,降低施工成本,保障工期履约。本文针对超高层建筑幕墙高效施工技术展开探讨。 The lifting construction efficiency of the curtain wall unit plate for super high-rise building is greatly affected by the material compatibility and vertical transportation efficiency.In order to solve the impact on unit plate construction efficiency by the material compatibility and vertical transportation efficiency,and effectively improve construction efficiency,the RFID and BIM technology will be used for realizing visual management of the material compatibility,and effectively controlling and managing the non-matching of material processing and delivery;The construction plan of multi-point lifting and multi-point operations by setting up the cable rails around the building will avoid the impact on tower crane efficiency by the lifting operation;Meanwhile,the plate will be lifted directly from the ground floor and will not occupy other construction operation surface,and realizes the high-efficient transportation and lifting of curtain wall unit plate;The application of the above technologies will greatly improve the site construction efficiency,effectively shorten the construction period,reduce the construction cost,and ensure the performance of the construction period.This paper discusses the high-efficient construction technology of curtain wall of super high-rise building.
