褪黑素对碱性盐胁迫下猴樟呼吸代谢相关酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Melatonin on Respiratory Metabolism Related Enzyme Activities of Cinnamomum bodinieri Under Alkaline Salt Stress

摘要 碱性盐环境影响植物的生长发育,褪黑素能有效缓解盐碱逆境对植物的伤害。本研究以猴樟幼苗为材料,研究外源褪黑素处理对猴樟幼苗呼吸代谢相关酶活性的影响,以期为褪黑素处理提高植物耐碱性盐胁迫的机理研究提供依据。结果表明,30~50μmol/L褪黑素处理明显提高碱性盐胁迫下猴樟幼苗中丙酮酸脱氢酶、柠檬酸合成酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶的活性,100~150μmol/L褪黑素处理对猴樟幼苗呼吸代谢相关酶活性的促进作用不明显。适宜浓度褪黑素处理能通过促进呼吸代谢提高猴樟幼苗耐碱性盐胁迫能力。 Alkaline salt environment affects plant growth and development,and melatonin can effectively alleviate the damage of saline-alkali stress on plants.This study used Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings as materials to investigate the effects of exogenous melatonin on respiratory metabolism related enzyme activities of Cinnamomum bodinieri,in order to provide a basis for the research on the mechanism of improving plant resistance to alkaline salt stress by melatonin treatment.The results showed that 30-50μmol/L melatonin treatment significantly increased the activities of pyruvate dehydrogenase,citrate synthetase,isocitrate dehydrogenase,succinate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase of Cinnamomum bodinieri under alkaline salt stress.Melatonin treatment with 100-150μmol/L didn't significantly promote the activity of respiratory metabolism related enzymes of Cinnamomum bodinieri.The appropriate concentration of melatonin can improve the alkaline salt tolerance of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings by promoting respiratory metabolism.
