摘要
为了探究微生物菌剂对多肉植物盆栽土次生盐渍化的缓解效应,以次生盐渍化的多肉植物盆栽土为研究材料,喷施不同浓度的微生物菌剂,测定微生物菌剂对土壤各项化学指标的影响。结果表明,施用微生物菌剂可显著降低土壤pH值、EC值、碳酸氢根含量和硫酸根含量,随着微生物菌剂稀释倍数的增加,土壤pH值、EC值、碳酸氢根含量和硫酸根含量增加;可显著增加土壤速效钾和硝态氮的含量,随着微生物菌剂稀释倍数的降低,土壤速效钾和硝态氮的含量增加;对土壤钙含量基本无影响。因此,施用微生物菌剂可缓解多肉植物盆栽土壤的次生盐渍化,提高土壤肥力。
In order to explore the alleviating effect of microbial agent on secondary salinization of succulent plants potted soil,the succulent plants potted soil with secondary salinization was used as the research material,and different concentrations of microbial agent were sprayed to determine the impact of microbial agent on various chemical indicators of the soil.The results showed that the application of microbial agent significantly could reduce the pH value,EC value,bicarbonate content and sulfate content.With the increase of dilution ratio of microbial agent,the pH value,EC value,bicarbonate content,and sulfate content increased;the application of microbial agent significantly could increase the contents of available potassium and nitrate nitrogen in the soil,and with the decrease of dilution ratio of microbial agent,the contents of available potassium and nitrate nitrogen in the soil increased;it had little effect on the calcium content in the soil.Therefore,the application of microbial agent can alleviate the secondary salinization of succulent plants potted soil and improve soil fertility.
