扬州市国土空间“三生”功能评价及耦合协调度分析 被引量:1

摘要 扬州是长三角城市群和长江经济带重要城市,分析“三生”空间功能和耦合协调度变化对于城市协调发展和国土空间优化具有重要的现实意义。根据影响扬州市“三生”功能的因素,构建了评价指标体系,以2007—2019年资料为例,运用综合评价方法进行了功能评价,应用耦合协调度模型进行了耦合协调性分析。结果表明,2007—2019年扬州市国土空间“三生”总功能呈上升趋势,主要是生产功能增长快,对总功能的贡献为生产功能>生活功能>生态功能,且总功能空间分布较均衡。2019年耦合指数均接近于1,为高耦合阶段,说明“三生”功能耦合性强,相互影响、相互促进作用增强。但在生产功能快速增长时,生活功能和生态功能增长慢,发展指数为0.6~0.8,处于中级发展阶段。耦合协调度从基本协调和轻度协调发展到较高协调和高度协调,空间上从有一定差异发展为较均衡。影响扬州市国土空间“三生”功能耦合协调度演变的主要因素是发展指数的生活功能和生态功能增长慢,今后要在保持生产功能稳定增长的同时大力提升生活功能和生态功能,优化“三生”空间功能。 Yangzhou is an important city in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It is of great practical significance to analyze the changes of productive-living-ecological spatial functions and coupling coordination degree for the coordinated development of cities and the optimization of land space.According to the factors affecting the function in Yangzhou City,an evaluation index system was constructed.Based on the data from 2007 to 2019,this paper used the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the function,and used the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coupling coordination.The results showed that,from 2007 to 2019,the total productive-living-ecological function of Yangzhou land space represented an upward trend,and the production function increased rapidly.Production function contributed the most to the total function,followed by living function and ecological function.The spatial distribution of the total function was relatively balanced.The coupling index was close to 1 in 2019,which was in a high coupling stage.It showed that the total function had strong coupling,mutual influence and promotion.However,when the production function grew rapidly,the growth of living function and ecological function was slow.Therefore,the development index was 0.6-0.8,which was in the intermediate development stage.The degree of coupling coordination had developed from basic coordination and mild coordination to high coordination and higher coordination.Spatially,it had developed from a certain differentiation to a more balanced.The main factors affecting the evolution of the coupling and coordination degree of productive-living-ecological function in Yangzhou City were the slow growths of living function and ecological function of development indexes.In the future,while maintaining the stable growth of production function,the living function and ecological function should be vigorously improved,and the productive-living-ecological function should be optimized.
