Teaching Reform of Proteomics Course Under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction

蛋白质组学作为一门新兴的交叉学科课程,在生物育种人才培养体系中有着重要的作用。本文分析了蛋白质组学课程教学存在的问题,提出了课程教学创新思路,具体包括创新教学理念、重构教学内容、改变教学模式、丰富教学活动、完善教学效果反馈机制等,并探讨了课程教学创新效果,以期为新农科建设背景下应用型和创新型人才的培养提供参考。

Proteomics,as an emerging interdisciplinary course,plays an important role in the talent cultivation system of biological breeding.This paper analyzed the problems in the teaching of proteomics course,proposed innovative ideas for course teaching,including innovating teaching concepts,restructuring teaching content,changing teaching modes,enriching teaching activities,improving teaching feedback mechanisms,and explored the innovative effects of course teaching,so as to provide references for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in the context of the construction of new agricultural science.
