某车辆段上盖结构基础选型分析

摘要 结构基础作为建筑结构的重要组成部分,直接影响到建筑结构的安全性及经济性。以某地铁车辆段上盖综合体为例,该项目主体荷载较大,场地揭露有填土和软土(淤泥、淤泥质土),为欠固结土,采用桩基础时需考虑负摩阻力,为抗震不利地段;地层结构复杂,软土层厚度大且工程性质差,呈现特殊性岩土发育。文章对不同结构基础选型进行方案论证,综合多方因素分析得出基础选型,为此类工程的基础设计提供了多方案分析。 As an important part of building structure,the foundation affects the safety and economy of a building structure directly.Taking a metro depot superstructure complex as an example,the main load of this project is large,the site is exposed to fill soil and soft soil(silt,silt soil),which is an underconsolidated soil,and the negative friction resistance needs to be considered when using the pile foundation,which is an unfavorable area for earthquake resistance;The stratigraphic structure is complex,the thickness of the soft soil layer is large and the engineering properties are poor,showing special geotechnical development.This paper demonstrates the scheme of different structural foundation selection,and comprehensively analyzes multiple factors to obtain the foundation selection,which provides a multi-scheme analysis for the foundation design of such projects.
