化工生产有其自身的特殊性,在生产中不可避免地会涉及易燃易爆甚至有毒物质,这对生产控制提出了非常高的要求。一旦在生产中控制失当,极易引发安全事故,给正常化工生产带来不利影响。而自动化控制技术的成熟,也为化工生产控制提供了新的思路和手段,应用自动化控制方案,可以有效提高控制的精准性,并在一定程度上实现对人工控制方式的替代,这对保障化工生产的安全性而言,有着非常重要的作用。本文以化工安全生产为切入点,重点探讨了其中的自动化控制,旨在为化工行业安全生产管理工作的优化提供一定的参考价值。

Chemical production has its own particularity,and inevitably involves flammable and explosive and even toxic substances in the production,which has put forward very high requirements for the production control.Once improperly controlled in the production,it is easy to cause safety accidents and bring adverse effects to the normal chemical production.The maturity of automatic control technology also provides new ideas and means for chemical production control.The application of automatic control scheme can effectively improve the accuracy of control and realize the replacement of manual control mode to a certain extent,which plays a very important role in ensuring the safety of chemical production.This paper takes the chemical safety production as the breakthrough point and focuses on the automatic control,aiming to provide some reference value for the optimization of the safety production management in the chemical industry.
