摘要
制造业是我国支柱产业,伴随着国内制造业的飞速发展,现如今市场对镀锌件的需求越来越大,传统镀锌行业由于还处于人工实操阶段,在完成对镀锌件的整个流程中均处于手动遥控操作,效率低且镀锌效果不佳。因此,设计一种专用于自动化程度较高的镀锌线用钢丝绳电动葫芦,对提升镀锌行业的生产效率显得尤为重要。文中通过对葫芦结构设计,增加刚性葫芦架,限制葫芦起升机构除垂直方向外其余方向的运动,可克服传动电动葫芦起吊摇摆、无法定位的劣势。可最大限度地满足自动化生产线对钢丝绳电动葫芦的需求,可提高镀锌线生产效率。
Manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries in China.With the rapid development of domestic manufacturing industry,the demand for galvanized parts in the market is increasing.Because the traditional galvanization industry still remains in the stage of manual operation,manual remote control is needed in the whole processing of galvanized parts,resulting a low efficiency and poor galvanizing effect.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a wire rope electric hoist specially used for galvanizing line with high automation for improving the production efficiency of galvanizing industry.In this paper,through the structural design of the hoist,the rigid hoist frame was added to limit the movement of the hoist lifting mechanism in other directions except the vertical direction,which can solve the problem that the transmission electric hoist cannot be positioned,meet the demand of the automatic production line for wire rope electric hoist to the maximum extent and improve the production efficiency of the galvanized line.
