港口起重机一体式锚定风力自锁防爬装置

摘要 近年来,国际贸易的不断发展带动了港口起重机的技术提升,大型化、高效化的起重机已是港口装卸不可缺少的装备,但由于其迎风面积大、重心高等问题,在台风或突发性阵风发生时容易遭受风力的袭击,故港口起重机的防台风工作在起重机设计时就必须给以足够的重视。文中主要介绍了轨道行走式起重机抗风防滑的安全防护装置,一体式锚定风力自锁防爬装置的组成、原理、设计方法及使用要求,为大型港口起重机的防风防台工作提供有效解决方案。 In recent years,the continuous development of international trade has promoted the technical upgrading of port cranes.Large-scale and high-efficiency cranes have become indispensable equipment for port loading and unloading.However,due to their large windward area and high center of gravity,they are vulnerable to wind attacks in case of typhoon or sudden gust.Therefore,attentions shall be paid to the typhoon prevention performance of port cranes in design.In this paper,the wind-proof and anti-skid safety protection device of rail-walking crane,the composition,principle,design method and application requirements of integrated wind-driven self-locking and anti-climbing device are mainly introduced,which provides an effective solution for the wind-proof and anti-skid of large port cranes.
