基于Ansys的台风下塔式起重机应急措施分析及预案

摘要 塔式起重机是一种高耸结构的起重设备,台风及风载作用下建筑物的存在对其造成了严重影响,导致发生安全事故。文中叙述了塔机防风抗风的措施,提出了研制塔式起重机防台风地方标准,并阐述了该标准的目的意义和主要内容。同时,提出了台风来临前塔式起重机的应急措施,分析了降低塔式起重机高度和安装缆风绳这2种应急措施的科学有效性;采用Ansys对比有无缆风绳下塔式起重机的变形及应力情况;通过降节处理使塔式起重机的整体高度下降,在风载条件相同的环境中塔机结构的迎风面积不断减小,风载作用导致的根部倾覆力矩不断下降。由此,验证了加装缆风绳和降低塔机高度的应对措施的可行性,并提出了塔机台风中应对紧急情况的指导预案。 Tower crane is a hoisting equipment with a high-rise structure.Under the typhoon and wind load,the existence of buildings will have a serious impact on it,thus leading to safety accidents.In this paper,the measures to prevent wind and wind of tower crane are described,and the local standards for typhoon prevention of tower crane are put forward,and the purpose,significance and main contents of the standard are expounded.In addition,the emergency measures of tower crane before typhoon are given,and the effectiveness of reducing the height of tower crane and installing cable wind rope was analyzed.Ansys was used to compare the deformation and stress of tower crane with or without cable wind rope;The whole height of the tower crane was reduced by reducing the pitch,so that the windward area was continuously reduced under the same wind load condition,and the root overturning moment caused by wind load was continuously reduced.Therefore,the feasibility of installing cable wind rope and reducing the height of tower crane was verified,and a guidance plan to deal with emergency in case of typhoon is put forward.
