胞宫源流考

Study on Origin and Development of Uterus

“胞宫”一词源流已久,历代认识不一。宋元以前胞宫之名不断补充,多种称谓并存;元、明、清妇产科飞速发展,胞宫之名日渐兴盛,胞宫之用为女子之重,胞宫之病为女子治疗之本。从“胞宫”之名、之用、之病多角度溯清源流,梳理其发展流变,总结前人对其生理、病理的理论研究,为规范相关术语的应用提供参考。

"Uterus"is an important internal reproductive organ of women.The origin of the word"uterus"had been a long time,overall reviewed of historical literature,this ancient name wasn't consistent at different times in traditional Chinese medicine.Many scholars had dedicated to enrich the content of Uterus,a variety of terms coexisted before the Song and Yuan dynasty.With different regimes and different thoughts flourishing throughout China in the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,Because of the rapid development of obstetrics and gynecology,a lot of uterus recorded in ancient books.With the increasingly prosperous of the name of uterus,the use of it held an essential role for women,and its disease played an important role in the treatment process.This article systematically collected as far as possible much related information in the name of uterus and its useness and disease,we also traced the origin of uterus in multi-angle,combed the development of uterus rheological,summarized the study of the predecessors'theory of the physiological and pathological of uterus.This article provides certain reference and unifies specification terms in the correct application to access and to guide clinical.
