国医大师伍炳彩运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤验案举隅 被引量:1

摘要 柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自汉代张仲景所著的《伤寒论》。国医大师伍炳彩认为柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证的病机为少阳枢机不利,转入厥阴,阳明郁热又兼有水饮,心胆不宁。在临床应用此方时伍老善于抓住“少阳枢机不利”这一主要病机治疗各种疾病,临床疗效甚佳。选取验案3则并加以分析,阐述伍炳彩运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的临证经验。 Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing in Han Dynasty.WU Bing-cai,a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,believes that the pathogenesis of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction is that Shaoyang cardinal is disadvantageous.When it turns to Jueyin,Yangming is stagnant with heat and water and drinking are combined,the heart is restless.In clinical application of this prescription,Wu Lao is good at grasping the main pathogenesis of"Shaoyang Cardinal Disadvantage"is the treatment of various diseases,and the clinical effect is very good.Now three cases are selected and analyzed to explain the clinical experience of WU Bing-cai using Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.
