耳穴压豆联合双心护理对急性心梗患者PCI术后睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Value of Auricular Point Seed-pressing Therapy Combined with Double Heart Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

目的:研究耳穴压豆疗法联合双心护理对急性心梗患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取江西省人民医院心血管内科2020年1月—12月收治的100例急性心梗PCI术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为耳穴压豆联合双心护理组、双心护理组、耳穴压豆护理组、常规护理组,各25例。应用焦虑/抑郁量表(SAS/SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对4组患者进行评估。结果:耳穴压豆联合双心护理组患者的满意度、睡眠质量均高于其他3组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医辨证施治耳穴压豆疗法结合心血管专科护理加心理护理(双心护理)理念,可改善急性心梗患者PCI术后负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,促进心脏康复,缩短住院天数,提高患者满意度,减少心脏事件发生。

Objective:To explore the value of auricular point Seed-pressing therapy combined with double heart nursing on sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods:Selection a total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into auricular point seed-pressing therapy combined with double heart nursing group,double heart nursing,auricular point seed-pressing therapy nursing group and routine nursing group.25 cases in each group.The anxiety/depression scale(SAS/SDS)and Pitts burgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the four groups of patients.Results:The results of the four groups showed that the satisfaction and sleep quality of the patients in the auricular point seed-pressing therapy combined with double heart nursing group were higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of auricular point seed-pressing therapy combined with the double heart nursing concept of cardiovascular specialist nursing and psychological nursing to improve the negative of patients.Emotional,improve sleep quality,promote cardiac rehabilitation,shorten hospitalization days,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of cardiac events.
