《伤寒论》六经辨证论治在慢性疲劳综合征的应用概况

慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)发病率高、持续时间长、症状繁多、病因错综复杂,是临床上较为难治和具有挑战性的疾病。基于《伤寒论》“观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之”及其六经理论,从六经辨证出发,通过搜集整理CFS相关文献并进行归纳总结,探讨六经辨证论治CFS的机制及其有效性,旨在为中医药治疗CFS提供更多的思路与方法。

As one of the common chronic diseases,Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(CFS)has a high incidence,long duration,various symptoms and complicated etiologies.It is a clinically difficult and challenging disease.Based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the theory of"seeing the pulse,knowing the offense,and treating it according to the syndrome"and the Six Classics theory,starting from the dialectics of the Six Classics,this article summarizes and summarizes the related literature by collecting and sorting out the relevant literature,and discusses the mechanism and the treatment of CFS by the six meridians to provide more ideas and methods for the treatment of CFS with traditional Chinese medicine.
