中央苏区国营企业党的建设的历史考察及时代启示

中国共产党进行国企党建的实践探索肇始于中央苏区时期。中央苏区时期国营企业党的建设既有理论指导,也有现实需要。这一时期中国共产党采取了充分发挥党在国营企业中的领导核心作用;坚持党管干部原则,发挥经济管理人才在国营企业党建中的作用;加强国营企业支部建设,壮大党员队伍,发挥党员先锋模范作用;加强和改善国营企业的政治教育,筑牢国营企业发展的政治堡垒;通过多种监督力量的整合协作,力克国营企业贪污腐败之风等一系列措施,提高了国营企业党的建设的质量。通过对中央苏区时期国营企业党的建设进行历史考察,有助于为巩固和改进新时代中国特色国有企业党建工作提供历史维度的参照。

The CPC’s practical exploration of Party building in state-owned enterprises began in the period of the Central Soviet Area.The Party building of state-owned enterprises in the Central Soviet period has both theoretical guidance and practical needs.During this period,the Communist Party of China took full play of its leadership core role,adjusted,and improved the management system of state-owned enterprises.Adhering to the principle that the Party should supervise cadres,and give play to the role of economic management personnel in the Party building of state-owned enterprises;strengthening the construction of the branches of state-owned enterprises and enlarge the ranks of Party members to play the vanguard role of party members;strengthening and improving the political education of state-owned enterprises,build the political fortress of the development of state-owned enterprises;the integration and cooperation of various supervisory forces to overcome the wind of corruption in state-owned enterprises;these were all the measures through which the quality of Party building in state-owned enterprises has been improved.Through the historical investigation of Party construction in state-owned enterprises during the Soviet period of the Central Committee,it is helpful to consolidate and improve the work of Party construction in state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
