近距离双厚煤层变层间距条件下回采巷道布置方式研究

摘要 在近距离煤层群开采中,下位煤层巷道为了避开上位煤层开采造成的不利应力环境,选择合理的巷道布置方式是较为有效的技术手段。本文以准旗煤矿6上煤层和6号煤层近距离下行开采为背景,采用数值模拟手段研究了近距离双厚煤层变层间距条件下回采巷道的合理布置方式,分析了层间煤柱应力传导的规律,模拟了下位煤层回采巷道在不同层间距和布置方式下的应力环境,并对下部6煤首采工作面和接续工作面的回采巷道布置方案进行了设计。6号煤层首采工作面巷道采用内错式布置方式,后续工作面采用平移式布置方式,为兼顾变层间距条件下6煤工作面巷道布置,6煤巷道内错同侧6上煤巷道的距离应不小于30 m。 In the mining of close distance coal seams,in order to avoid the adverse stress environment caused by the mining of the upper coal seam,it is a more effective technical means to select a reasonable roadway layout.Based on the close-distance downward mining of No.6 upper coal seam and No.6 coal seam in Zhunqi Mine,the reasonable layout of mining roadway under the condition of variable layer spacing of close-distance double-thick coal seam was studied by means of numerical simulation,the law of stress conduction of interlayer coal pillar wasanalyzed,the stress environment of lower coal seam mining roadway under different layer spacing and layout modes was simulated,and the layout scheme of mining roadway in the first mining face and continuous working face of lower No.6 coal seam was designed.The roadway of the first mining face of No.6 coal seam adopted the internal staggered layout mode,and the subsequent working face adopted the translational layout mode.In order to take into account the roadway layout of the 6 coal working face under the condition of variable layer spacing,the distance of the 6 upper coal roadway on the same side of the 6 coal roadway should not be less than 30 m.
