摘要
义棠煤矿北翼六采区采用大采高一次采全高工艺,工作面采高为5 m,工作面顶板为石灰岩坚硬顶板。在工作面回风巷进行试验沿空留巷技术,巷道高达4 m,断面大且巷道顶板留有1.2 m厚的9号煤。该类条件下进行沿空留巷在国内尚无可以借鉴的实例。通过理论设计、相似模拟研究得出合理的留巷支护方式、挡矸方案。经现场矿压观测结果可得留巷效果良好,技术经济合理。此留巷方案可为类似条件的矿井推广应用。
Full height mining technology with large mining height was adopted in the sixth mining area in the north wing of Yitang mine.The mining height of the working face was 5 m,and the roof of the working face was limestone hard roof.The gob-side entry retaining technology was tested in the return airway of the working face.The roadway was up to 4 m high,the section is large and the roof of the roadway was left with 1.2 m thick No.9 coal.There was no example that can be used for reference in China to carry out gob-side entry retaining under such conditions.Through theoretical design and similar simulation research,a reasonable roadway retaining support method and gangue retaining scheme were obtained.The on-site mine pressure observation results showed that the roadway retention effect was good and the technical economy was reasonable.This roadway retaining scheme could be popularized and applied in mines with similar conditions.
