摘要
为解决水泥作为传统防治水材料出现的稳定性、抗渗性差,凝结时间长,早期强度低,材料耗量大,粒化高炉矿渣矿粉、煤矸石等工业固废的处理问题。本文通过大量实验研究,找到一种工业固废基防治水注浆材料,该种材料不仅满足煤矿对防治水材料抗渗性、强度、韧性、凝结时间的要求,且用工业固废代替水泥,降低了成本,具有较高的经济效益和环保效益。
In order to solve the problems of cement as a traditional water control material,such as poor stability,poor impermeability,long setting time,low early strength,large material consumption,and the treatment of industrial solid waste such as granulated blast furnace slag powder and coal gangue.In this paper,through a large number of experimental studies,a kind of industrial solid waste based water prevention and control grouting material is found.This material not only meets the requirements of coal mine for impermeability,strength,toughness and setting time of water prevention and control materials,but also replaces cement with industrial solid waste,which reduces the cost and has high economic and environmental benefits.
