摘要
针对架空乘人装置在实际应用中改向滑轮磨损较快、更换频繁的问题,本文以毛则渠煤矿102巷道RJY35型架空乘人装置为研究对象,通过仿真分析方法对改向滑轮存在的磨损问题进行受力分析,明确了其应力分布方面存在的问题,并通过多目标遗传算法对改向滑轮进行优化改进。实践表明,优化后的改向滑轮有效降低了应力值偏高和应力集中的问题,磨损情况得到缓解,提高了煤矿生产效率,保障了井下运输安全性,为类似情况下的煤矿设备优化提供了经验借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of fast wear and frequent replacement of the reversing pulley in the practical application of the overhead passenger device,this paper takes the RJY35 type overhead passenger device of 102 roadway in Maozequ Coal Mine as the research object,and analyzes the wear problem of the reversing pulley through the simulation analysis method.The problem of stress distribution is clarified,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize and improve the reversing pulley.The practice shows that the optimized reversing pulley effectively reduces the problems of high stress value and stress concentration,and the wear condition is alleviated,which improves the production efficiency of coal mine,ensures the safety of underground transportation,and provides experience for the optimization of coal mine equipment under similar conditions.
