良好的大学形象是一所大学无形的名片和招牌。大学形象识别系统UIS(university identity system)包括理念识别、行为识别和视觉识别三个维度,是内在精神与外在呈现相统一的形象识别和表达,有助于形成独特的军校形象,有助于提升学员职业认同。客观分析N大学有关做法,并从迭代升级办学理念、打造特色育人品牌、创新设计视觉标识三个层面对加强军校形象塑造提出了研究对策。

A good university image is an intangible nameplate and signboard of a university.The university identity system(UIS)includes three dimensions:mind identity,behavioral identity,and visual identity.It is an image identification and expression that unifies both inner spirit and outer appearance,which helps to build a unique image of the military academy and to enhance the career identity of cadets.This paper objectively analyzes the relevant practices of N University,and puts forward research countermeasures for strengthening the image of the military academy from iterative upgrading of educational philosophy,creating distinctive educational brand,and innovating visual signage design.
