中国式科技原创的基本路径——科技文化视野下的中国原创之路

The Basic Path of Chinese Style Technology Originality——The Road of Chinese Original Creation from the Perspective of Technology and Culture

中国科技创新正在进入高层次突破的关键时期,也即大力培育发展科技原创的时期。这不仅关系到中国科技的高水平自立自强,而且对伟大复兴事业与中华民族的世界性文化贡献,都有深远的历史性影响。从科技文化视角,对中国现当代成功的科技原创事例与人才进行了初步分析,指出中国式科技原创最根本的特征,即国家主导的集体及个人积极性的有效调动与创造性的高度发挥。归纳出三条中国式科技原创的基本路径:一是国家任务引领,个人独辟蹊径;二是大师开辟方向,政府协调攻关;三是立足有闲岗位,跨界创造奇迹。

China’s technological innovation is entering a critical period of high-level breakthroughs,a period of vigorously cultivating and developing technological originality,which not only relates to the high-level self-reliance and self-improvement of Chinese technology,but also has a profound historical impact on the great rejuvenation and the contribution of the Chinese people to the world culture.From the perspective of technology and culture,a preliminary analysis was conducted on successful examples and talents of technological originality in modern and contemporary China.The fundamental characteristic of Chinese style technological originality is the high-level collective and individual initiative and creativity within the administration of the country.Three basic paths for Chinese style technological originality were summarized:national tasks plus individual innovation,directions made by masters and government coordination,and idle positions and miracles across borders.
