Teaching Innovation in Political Theory Courses Based on SMCR Model

政治理论课教学过程本质上是党的创新理论传播与学生价值观塑造的有机统一。借鉴SMCR传播模型,从教师队伍、教学内容、教学方式、教学对象四个方面系统发力,开展政治理论课创新研究。通过建设“全媒型”政治理论课教师队伍,打造“有高度、有深度、有温度”的教学内容体系,构建“立体化”教学方式体系,贯彻以学生为中心的教学理念,实现党的理论体系向教材体系、教材体系向教学体系、教学体系向学生价值体系的有效转化,进而培养合格的社会主义建设者和可靠的接班人。

The process of teaching political theory courses is essentially the organic unity of the dissemination of the Communist Party of China(CPC)innovative theory and the shaping of students’values.On the basis of the SMCR communication model,the teaching of political theory courses has been innovated from the four aspects:teachers,teaching contents,teaching methods and target students.Specifically,an“all media”political theory course teaching team has been built;a“height,depth and temperature”teaching content system has been created;a“three-dimensional”teaching method system has been constructed;the student-centered teaching concept has been implemented;the effective translation of CPC theoretical system into the textbook system which is in turn translated into the teaching system and then into the student value system has been realized.In this way,qualified socialist builders and reliable successors have been cultivated.
