摘要
为降低产品因设计而发生失效的概率,提高产品失效预测的准确性,以场景构建理论为基础,通过构建功能-行为-结构(Function-Behavior-Structure,FBS)设计场景,开展产品预期失效分析方法的研究。首先根据功能-行为-结构映射提出逆映射并采用规范式表达构建产品设计过程成功场景,通过逆向提问获取失效场景,并根据功能、行为和结构三类失效表现形式挖掘失效场景形成原因,预测其失效模式;然后应用当前现实树和冲突解决图表确定失效根本原因及存在的冲突,并结合TRIZ工具提出解决策略;最后通过流体自动灌装鹤管的预期失效分析验证该方法的可行性。
To reduce the probability of product failure due to design and improve the accuracy of failure prediction,a research method is proposed based on the scenario construction theory to conduct product anticipatory failure determination by constructing Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS)design scenarios.Firstly,based on the functional-behavioral-structural mapping,an inverse mapping is proposed and a standardized expression is used to construct a successful product design process scenario.Then,the failure scenarios are obtained through reverse questioning,and the reasons for the formation of the failure scenarios are explored according to the three categories of functional,behavioral,and structural failure expressions,and the failure modes are predicted.Subsequently,the current reality tree and the conflict resolution diagram are applied to identify the root cause of the failure and the existing conflicts,and TRIZ tools are used to propose solutions.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by conducting an anticipatory failure determination of the fluid automatic filling crane pipe.
