沉香品质分级及关联因素研究进展

摘要 沉香为传统名贵中药、天然高级香料,但市场流通中常见以次充好,质量差距大,缺乏统一的等级划分标准。对比现行的沉香品质等级划分标准,通过查阅文献,探讨基原、产区、结香方式、结香时间、树龄等对沉香质量的影响,以期揭示沉香性状、化学成分与自身品质的相关性,为后续建立科学、合理的沉香品质评价方法提供参考。 Agarwood(Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum)is a traditional and precious Chinese herbal medicine and a natural high-grade spice.However,it is often substandard in the market,with a large quality gap,and lacks a unified grading standard.By comparing the current quality grading standards for agarwood and reviewing the literature,the effects of origin,production area,formation method,formation time,and tree age on the quality of agarwood were explored to reveal the correlation between the physical and chemical properties of agarwood and its quality and to provide a reference for establishing a scientific and reasonable agarwood quality evaluation method in the future.
